Chef Riccardo La Perna, born in Cologne and raised in Sicily, has developed a culinary philosophy defined by essentiality and rigor. His cuisine is built around a careful selection of ingredients, respect for traditional techniques, and a harmonious dialogue between Italian flavors and Chinese influences. His international experience includes significant collaborations in China, notably alongside Chef Umberto Bombana in Shanghai, where he further refined his approach to contemporary fine dining.

主厨Riccardo La Perna生于科隆,成长于西西里,其烹饪理念精简而严谨,讲求臻选食材,尊崇传统技法,并于意大利风味与中国饮食文化间探寻和谐的对话。他拥有丰富的国际履历,曾于中国开展多项重要合作,其中,在上海与主厨Umberto Bombana的共事最为瞩目,这段经历进一步深化了他对当代高级餐饮的理解。

Chef Angelo Aglianò is a Sicilian-born chef whose culinary identity is deeply rooted in the Mediterranean. Raised by the sea, he developed an early understanding of fish and seafood through his family’s fishing traditions, a heritage that continues to inform his cuisine. Trained at the prestigious école Lenôtre, he has worked alongside leading Michelin-starred chefs, including Joël Robuchon, contributing to the opening and success of internationally recognized restaurants in Hong Kong, Taipei, and Shanghai.

主厨Angelo Aglianò同样来自西西里,其烹饪底蕴深植于地中海文化。他自幼生长于海滨,在家族捕鱼传统的影响下,他自少年时期便对鱼类和海鲜形成深刻的理解,这一渊源亦持续滋养其创作。他曾求学于享有盛誉的法国雷诺特厨艺学院(école Lenôtre),并先后与Joël Robuchon等多位米其林星级主厨共事,推动香港、台北和上海多家国际知名餐厅的成功开业与卓越发展。
